I have spent most of my last 25 years of work experience focused on developing and improving my leadership skills. My experiences range from simple management roles to Vice President/General Manager roles for large Defense and Aerospace companies. As part of my leadership education, I was fortunate enough to learn a great deal about the process of implementing a Continuous Improvement Culture in more traditional businesses that desired to become world-class organizations.

As a Lean Leadership Coach at Tangible Improvement, I now have the opportunity to share this combined skill set of Leadership and Lean Implementation with emerging leaders who desire to start or rejuvenate a continuous improvement journey. I believe my approach to Lean Leadership Coaching differs from most other consulting organizations as a result of my hands-on Lean Leadership experience. I personally led successful businesses while implementing Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. I did not spend the last 25 years observing what great companies do, and how they do it. I spent the last 25 years getting my hands dirty leading companies to deliver outstanding financial results while helping them transition from Traditional to World-Class, leading them on their Continuous Improvement journey.

My goal is not to “certify” emerging Lean Leaders in the details of Lean/Six Sigma. In contrast, my goal is to coach the emerging Lean Leader on how they can best use key attributes of Lean/Six Sigma to lead their business on their own continuous improvement journey to deliver tangible financial results. It is not a certification you want, it is results. I have the experience and skill set to help guide you on that journey through Lean Leadership Coaching.
