Dean held senior level roles with Litton Industries, Northrop Grumman and Cobham plc. Early in career, he was a design engineer for Rockwell Collins. Dean received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa and participated in the Litton Executive Education program, which included courses at The Wharton School and Harvard Business School.
